A framework of guidelines for services according to the Upper Austrian law on equal chances were defined by the County of Upper Austria together with representatives of people with disabilities, parents of people with disabilities and agencies. These guidelines implicitly contain rights for people with disabilities, which they can claim when using services according to the Upper Austrian law on equal chances. These rights are published in Easy-to-Read to make them available to the target group people with cognitive impairments.
